How We Work

ACI Reports has a workflow process which has supported our clients for over 10 years.

1. Provide A Bespoke Quotation Upon Enquiry

Upon enquiry, we will discuss the details of the project or scheme and provide a bespoke quotation suited to the individual needs of the client. The quotation manager will then arrange a purchase order (PO).

2. Assign A Dedicated Client Director & Booking Coordinator

We will assign a booking coordinator to discuss KPIs, specific Health and Safety requirements and permits to work, as well as prepare Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) for the relevant surveys.

3. Survey the Site(s) Within A Set Date & Time

Within 14 days after the survey, we will produce a report highlighting any issues and opportunities, as well as audit the report to ensure quality and consistency. We may offer supplementary services such as condition summary reports before submitting the report to the DLUHC database / client portal.

4. Advise On the Next Steps

We will analyse our reports, seeking improvements for client building stock and providing appropriate follow-up reporting. This stage also includes benchmarking the client’s maintenance contractor’s performance from an independent perspective and communicating regularly about our own performance.

5. Remind the Client About Upcoming Renewals of Each Specialism

We will provide a continual reminder process which offers helpful guidance on updates and changes to worldwide legislation that may affect the client. This will also include any of the client’s upcoming renewals and responsibilities, as well as the consequences of non-compliance.
