ACI Reports invests in a bespoke CRM system to manage high volume TM44, EPC and DEC instructions. This major investment, 12 months in planning, sees ACI Reports take the next step in planning co-ordination and tracking to manage the high volume of reports passing through the business daily. With over 200 site surveys to manage each week for Direct Clients, M&E Companies, Consultancies and some of the biggest FM Companies in the UK, managing client expectations and KPIs has been at the forefront of our minds. 2021 has been challenging, for 2022 and throughout 2023 we are yet again stepping up a gear and reinvesting to provide our client base with “best in practice” services.
